We can do all services related to molding, casting, and finishing. We specialize in de-oxidized sterling silver and karat golds but also cast brass, bronze and aluminum. Our prime function is as a production shop, structured for the mass production of quality jewelry and art bronze.

 

Our mold making services include the manufacturing of rubber molds, in latex and silicon rubbers. We have a large variety of these molding materials available, from which we can select the best material suitable for your project. We have over 30 years experience in mold making. In addition to jewelry pieces, we also produce precise machine parts, bronze sculpting, architectural hardware, exact replicas of museum pieces and even motorcycle parts.

 

 

The precious metal alloys that we use are supplied exclusively by United Precious Metal Refining Corporation ™. They are the forerunners in the development of deoxidizing technology. We did the field testing for many of their early sterling alloys.

Our finishing department can process your product in many ways. We can cast, clip, and do a stainless steel tumbled, bright pre-finish; sprue grind and do a complete mechanical finish using our vibratory finishing machines; or take it to an exquisite final finish by hand in our polishing department.
